Viewing Time of Submission in Google Forms

Simply follow the steps below to view the submission time for responses in the Google Forms interface. 

1. Access Form Responses by Clicking the 'Responses' Tab

In the open form, click on the "Responses" tab located near the top of the page to view a summary of all received responses.

2. View Specific Responses by Selecting 'Individual'

On the "Responses" page, click on "Individual" located at the top. This action allows you to browse through each response individually.

3. Note that Timestamps are Displayed Below the Responses

In the "Individual" view, you can see the details of each response. The timestamp indicates when the response was submitted. This is displayed below the response details.

Viewing Google Forms Time of Submission in Google Sheets

To view the time of submission for all responses in from Google Forms in one google sheet, simply follow the steps below:

1. Link or Open Google Sheets by Clicking the Link to Sheets Icon

In the "Responses" tab, find and click on the green Sheets icon. 

You will have the option to either create a new spreadsheet or select an existing one to link with your form.

2. Access the Linked Google Sheets Document

Once the Google Sheets document is open, you can view all the responses in a tabular format.

3. Locate the 'Timestamp' Column to View Submission Times in Google Sheets

The first column in the Google Sheets document is labeled "Timestamp." This shows the date and time when each response was submitted.
