What if I need more page credits?

If you need additional page credits, you can upgrade your plan at any point. Our plans are designed to support a wide range of processing volumes. We don’t offer per-page billing.

I have a lot of upfront pages to process and a lower volume throughout the year. Which plan should I get?

We typically recommend an annual plan in this situation, since you'll get access to all of the page credits for the year upfront and can spread them out in a way that best fits your needs.

Do I get charged for pages that aren't processed correctly?

You can reset and re-process any file within the first 24 hours of upload at no extra cost, so you can refine the results until they’re exactly right.

Can I change my plan or cancel at any time?

Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from "Billing & usage". If you cancel, you'll retain access to your paid features and page credits until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account automatically transitions to the Free plan. Can I invite other users to my paid plan?

Yes. Each plan includes a specific number of seats for inviting team members. All usage within the workspace counts toward your shared page credit limit. Learn more about workspaces here.
