[Tutorial] Making PDFs in Lido

Hey everyone! We have a new powerful new formula that lets you create a pdf from the spreadsheet. CREATEPDF connects to your Google Drive account and lets you use a Google Doc file as a template. You can insert cell values and use the full power of spreadsheets to customize and personalize these PDFs! This works well in combination with our SENDGMAIL and SENDOUTLOOK formulas, just pass the generated PDF's link to your email formula of choice and we'll send your spreadsheet-created document as an attachment.

Hey Lido team! I just went through the tutorial for email automations and everything is working great, but I want to send our company logo at the bottom of our emails. How do I do this?

I want to send a text 1 week, 1 day, and 2 hours before a certain time to a list of people.

Hi Lido! I'm trying to setup a system that sends a text notification to a list of people whenever they're 1 week, 1 day, and 2 hours before their appointment. I've been working on this for a while and I'm able to send texts just fine for the 1 week part, but I'm struggling to figure out how to send the text for the 1 day and 2 hour part as well. Any idea how to do this?

SENDSLACK "channel_not_found" debugging tips

If you're getting this error, that means the Slack channel you're trying to send to isn't recognized by Slack. The main reason we've seen this happen is accidentally selecting the wrong workspace when creating your Slack credentials. Try connecting to Slack again, ensuring the correct workspace is selected in the top right of the Slack page
