1. Open Sharing Options by Clicking 'Send'

Switch to the 'Email' tab by clicking on the envelope icon. This allows you to publish the form directly to recipients' email addresses.
3. Enter Recipient Emails, Subject, and an Optional Message
In the provided fields, type in the email addresses of your intended recipients, create a subject line and write an optional message explaining the form. You may also choose to include the form in the email itself by checking the corresponding box.
4. Publish the Form via Email by Clicking 'Send'

Publishing via Direct Link

3. Copy the Embed HTML Code by Clicking 'Copy'
Adjust the desired width and height of the form, if necessary, and then click "Copy" to copy the embed code to your clipboard.
4. Paste the Copied HTML Code into Your Website's Code
