1. In the Google Forms editor, click the “Send” button at the top right.  

After completing your form, locate and click the “Send” button to find the embed option.

2. Choose the “Embed” (< >) option.

In the sending options, select the < > (embed) icon to view the embed code for your form.

3. Copy the embed code.

Adjust the embedding settings if desired and use the "Copy" button to copy the HTML embed code.

4. Open the HTML editor for your page.

5. Paste the embed code into the editor. 

Paste the copied embed code in the HTML section where you want the form to appear.
