2. Ensure You're Logged Into Your Google Account

Check if you're logged into the Google account you use for Sheets. You need to be signed in to set up and access your documents offline.

3. Open Google Drive Settings from Gear Icon

Go to Google Drive by clicking on the Google Apps icon or directly at "drive.google.com".

4. Enable Offline Access in Google Drive Settings

In the Drive settings menu, look for the "Offline" section. Here, enable the option to "Create, open, and edit your recent Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides files on this device while offline."

5. Work on Your Google Sheets Documents Offline

You can now open and edit your Google Sheets offline. Just launch Chrome and go to your Google Drive or Sheets. Your selected files will be available for editing. Once you reconnect to the internet, open Chrome and go to Google Sheets. Your offline changes will automatically sync, updating the online versions of your documents.
