1. Select the Cells You Want to Clear in the Document

2. Access the Edit Menu for More Options

With the cells selected, go to the top menu bar and click on "Edit" to reveal a dropdown menu with various editing options.

3. Choose "Delete" Then Select "Values" to Clear Cell Contents

In the "Edit" dropdown menu, hover over or click on "Delete" to expand its options. Then, select "Values" to remove the contents of the selected cells without deleting the cells themselves.

4. Verify That the Selected Cells Are Now Empty

Inspect the cells you selected earlier to ensure that all contents have been successfully cleared.
