How to Use the Time Tracking Template in Google Sheets

Below we explain how to use our time tracking template in Google Sheets:

1. Input Date and Task Description 

For each task you work on, enter the date and a brief description of the task in the respective columns.

2. Enter Start and End Time

Record the time you began working on the task and the time you finished in the Start Time and End Time columns.

3. Check Total Hours

The Total Hours column should automatically update depending on your start time and end times. Ensure they are consistent (AM/PM or 24-hour clock) across the sheet for accurate calculations.

Notes: Utilize the Notes column to add any relevant information about the task, such as progress details, challenges encountered, or additional tasks required.
