PayPal in Google Forms: How to Accept Payments (2024 Update)

In this article, we will show you how to add PayPal in Google Forms in just a few clicks. Simply follow the steps below.

Can I Add PayPal to Google Forms?

Currently, Google Forms does not natively support payment processing, including PayPal. Users who want to collect payments through a Google Form typically need to use third-party add-ons or simply add their PayPal payment link.

Add PayPal to Google Forms Using a PayPal Payment Link

You can create a PayPal payment link directly from your PayPal account. Include this link in your Google Form, either at the end of the form or in a follow-up email after the form is submitted. You can instruct respondents to click the link to complete their payment after submitting their form responses.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Log into PayPal.

Go to PayPal's website and log in with your credentials. Create a Payment Request.

2. Copy your PayPal.Me link.

Create a personal link if you haven't already. This link stays the same and can be used multiple times. Copy your PayPal. Me link from your personal profile.

3. Add the PayPal link to your Form.

Go back to your Google Form. Decide where you want the payment link to appear in your form. Common placements include:

  • At the end of the form in a new section that provides payment instructions.
  • In the description of the form for immediate visibility.
  • As part of a confirmation message that appears after a form is submitted.

4. Preview your form and test the link.

It’s important to ensure that the link works as expected. Preview the form by clicking the eye icon in the top right corner, go to the section with the PayPal link, and test it.
