1. Select the Area of the Spreadsheet You Want to Export

Right click on the highlighted section and select "Copy," or press Ctrl + C on your keyboard.

3. Open a Blank Canvas in Google Drawings

If Google Drawings isn't available in your Google Apps menu, copy and paste https://docs.google.com/drawings/ into a new tab. This is where you will paste and convert your data into an image.

4. Paste the Copied Content Into the Blank Canvas

Right click on the blank canvas in Google Drawings and choose "Paste." Alternatively, you can press Ctrl + V.

5. Select "Paste unlinked" After Pasting

When prompted, choose “Paste unlinked” to prevent future changes to the spreadsheet from affecting your image. Then click “Paste.”

6. Resize, Annotate, or Edit as Needed

Adjust the pasted content to fit your needs. You can resize, add annotations, or make any necessary edits before exporting it as an image.

7. Export the Image by Clicking File, Download, and Choosing JPEG or PNG as the Format

Click “File in Google Drawings and select “Download” from the dropdown. Then choose “JPEG or PNG” as your desired file format.
