Follow the steps below to share a Google Form with students.
Choose an existing form or create a new one. This will be the form you share with students.
Find the "Send" button at the top right of the form to bring up the sharing options.
In the sharing options, select the Link icon to get a shareable URL for your form.
Click Copy to get the URL for your form. Use the "Shorten URL" option if you prefer a shorter link.
Paste the copied link into an email, class chat, or any platform you use to communicate with students.
If you're using email to send the link to students, open a new message. Click on the part of the message where you want to insert the link. Then, click on the "Insert Link" icon.
Paste the link into the designated field. Then, click "OK".
Once the link is inserted and the students' email addresses are added as recipients, click on "Send" to deliver the message.
Track responses by clicking on the Responses tab, where you can view or download the results.
