Can you host on-premise? Some banks require it.

We are cloud-based, hosted on Google Cloud servers in the US, UK, and Europe. We are SOC 2 Type 2 and HIPAA compliant — we don't train on your data and wipe it every 23 hours.

We work with law firms, healthcare organizations, banks, and accounting firms handling the most sensitive data. Many international clients access the platform via VPN today. If on-premise hosting becomes a final requirement, we can discuss options internally.

Can you detect fraud on images — font discrepancies, tampering, different sizes?

Lido can identify differences in fonts, color formatting, size, and structure within documents. For fraud detection, we build specific rules and instructions into the AI prompt layer to look for the indicators your compliance team cares about.
