For Europe with GDPR, is there a way to filter out or mask certain private information?

Lido gives you full control over what fields are extracted — you define exactly what data comes out, and anything you don’t specify is never pulled. Your source documents are automatically wiped from our servers every 24 hours, and we don’t have access to them on our end. We’re both SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliant, which covers the security and data handling requirements GDPR demands.

What’s the policy on data retention? Is everything encrypted at rest and in transit?

All data is encrypted both at rest and in transit. Documents are automatically deleted from our servers every 24 hours — we don’t retain your files. We’re SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliant, and we work with financial institutions, law firms, and healthcare organizations that require the highest levels of data security. We can provide our full security documentation for your CTO and board review.
