Step 1: Create a From
On the left side of the screen is the spreadsheet view. On the right side of the screen is the dashboard view. Click the big plus sign in the middle of the dashboard view and use our simple drag and drop builder to drag in a form.
Click on a form field and enter a new name in the label box. In this case we will use the label "Full Name". Click Enter once you have entered a label to save it.
