Vavo needed to automate internal alerts around marketing efforts for their clients. Anirban, part of the operations and customer success team, needed a way to automate these alerts according to certain conditions (e.g., when a pacing ratio was under 85%), in order to alert his team immediately and ensure next steps were taken (e.g., adjusting spend for a campaign).
Other email automation tools either 1) did not allow him to easily send emails based on cell values 2) were not ‘set it and forget it’ (e.g., did not work when the tool was closed) or 3) did not allow him to easily view their data in a spreadsheet view (and as everyone in the marketing industry knows - spreadsheets are everything).
